We cannot say enough good things about Matt! He put his heart and soul into finding us our first home. We are a military family so it was great to have someone who came from the same background and understood what we needed. Matt wasn't trying to sell us a house. He was trying to find us a home. Any home that we looked at, he made sure to point out pros and cons and things we may not have noticed that we wouldn't have liked, or things that didn't line up with our vision. He literally picked us up and chauffeured us all around San Diego, working around our seemingly impossible schedules, and hustled extra hard to get us in to see houses.
